Melt-blown PP filter core

The melt-blown PP filter core is made from non-toxic and odorless polypropylene particles, which are heated, melted, spun, drawn, and formed into tubular filter cores. When polypropylene is the main raw material, it is called PP melt-blown filter core.

The parameters are as follows:

Filtration accuracy: 1µm, 3µm, 5µm, 10µm, 20µm, 30µm, 60µm

Applicable pH range: 1-13

Maximum forward pressure difference: 0.4Mpa

Operating temperature: <70°C at 0.25Mpa

Sterilization: Tolerates 126°C, 30 minutes of in-line steam sterilization

Endotoxin: The water extract of the filter column passes the LAL test, with an endotoxincontent of less than 0.5EU/ml

Melt-blown PP filter cores have high filtration accuracy, large filtration flow, low pressure, and stable efficiency. The fibers are self-adhesive between layers, with multi-layer structure where fibers are melted and bonded between layers, without stratification or shedding, ensuring good rigidity and pore stability. They also offer stable control of filtration accuracy and can be scientifically used according to different filtration requirements.
