Security filter cartridge

Security filter cartridge is a type of filter cartridge made from polypropylene as raw material, processed through heating, melting, spraying, drawing, and other techniques. The structure of this filter cartridge is characterized by being outwardly sparse and inwardly dense, belonging to a deep filtration mode, with significant effects in acid and alkali resistance, effectively filtering out suspended solids, particles, rust, and other impurities in liquids.

Generally speaking, the characteristics of security filter cartridges are mainly manifested in four aspects, as follows:

(1) The pore size of the cartridge is dense and uniform, with high filtration efficiency.    

Because particles will bridge in the cartridge channels, even particles smaller than the channels can be intercepted, with a filtration efficiency of over 98%.

(2) High cleanliness, the security filter cartridge does not contaminate the water quality.

(3) Resistant to corrosion by chemical reagents such as acids, alkalis, and organic   

solvents.

(4) High strength, the filter cartridge does not deform when the pressure difference

between the inlet and outlet of the security filter cartridge is 0.4 MPa.

Filtration precision: 1um, 3um, 5um, 10um, 20um, 50um.

Maximum operating temperature: 80°C (0.1 MPa).

Maximum operating pressure difference: 0.42 MPa (25°C).

Maximum operating reverse pressure difference: 0.2 MPa (25°C).

Filter membrane: PP (polypropylene).

Support/distribution layer material: PP.

Housing/central skeleton/port: PP.

Sealing ring: Silicone rubber (default), EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, FKM rubber, PTFE rubber.
